Last updated: March 6, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Accessify’s website, products, and services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Account

To use certain features, you may need to create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Certain features are offered on a paid basis. Billing and payment processing may be handled by our payment partner Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees, taxes, and renewal charges, subject to the plan terms displayed at checkout.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Our approach to refunds is described in our Refund Policy. You can cancel auto‑renewal at any time via your account or by contacting support.

  • Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.
  • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service without permission.
  • Do not interfere with Service operation, security, or other users’ access.

As a website owner, you remain legally responsible for the accessibility of your website. Accessify acts as a supportive software tool to enhance your compliance efforts, but you must ensure your content, code, and overall user experience meet applicable accessibility standards.
Accessify is designed with privacy in mind. Our accessibility widget focuses on rendering UI and code enhancements on the client side to improve usability, and it does not collect, store, or process sensitive personal data from your website visitors.
If you cancel your Accessify subscription, the widget and its associated accessibility features will no longer be active. Your website will revert to its original state, and any automated accessibility improvements or UI adjustments provided by the widget will be removed.
